Time for the annual IT CAME FROM THE BAYOU! Print Fair. Come cheap Out printmakers from all over the country and buy some prints from your favorite artists. This event is free and open to the public.

It’s that time of year where we join the fine folks at the Border Heritage Museum for their Movies on the Patio! This time we’ll be watching El Santo y Blue Demon VS. Los Monstruos”. In a time marked by political division, closed borders, and rising cultural nationalism, Priority: International Juried Exhibition recognizes the quiet power of flat artworks to cross boundaries: physical, political, and conceptual. Whether traveling across oceans or arriving from the studio down the street, each submission becomes a gesture of connection and exchange.
This exhibition embraces the democratic nature of mailed and two-dimensional work to form a unified global conversation. In that spirit, packaging and postal traces may remain visible as intentional elements of the installation.
Curated by acclaimed curator and writer Leslie Moody Castro, Priority opens October 3, 2025, during Lubbock's First Friday Art Trail at Charles Adams Gallery in Lubbock, Texas. This exhibition is a creative call to action, presenting contemporary artwork to record, respond, reflect, express, or simply process recent changes in our world affecting both the people and our planet.”

Sunday April 23rd - It Came From the Bayou Printslinger Showcase @ Saint Arnold Brewing Company, Upstairs Beer Hall from 11-4pm. Printmakers from all over the country and a bunch from Texas will be set up with their prints. Come browse our tables and buy some new art for your collection! There will be prints, stickers, buttons, zines, anything that counts as printmaking, we probably got it. Come have a drink!
Saturday April 22nd - It Came From the Bayou Poster Show and Weiner Welcome @ Mid Main Gallery from 6-9pm. Lots of cool pieces will be hung out, so come chill, let’s socialize while scarfing down some weenies.

Hey quarantine cuties! It’s been a little over a year since we last vended in person. The last IRL event I did was right when COVID started so I am both scared but excited to get back at it again! Even though a lot of places have lifted the mask mandate and vaccines have been plentiful, I will still be out there doing my part and keeping my mask on. This pandemic is still far from being over so I’m taking every precaution I can to keep myself and the people around me safe. Regardless, it will be great to see y’all again IRL.
First show of 2021! We may not be able to be there in person due to COVID, but there will be a live stream of the show over on the Harlow’s FB page. Check it out and hope you tune in to see all the amazing postcards that flooded the Postal System in December.
