Priority: International Juried Exhibition @ Charles Adams Gallery - Lubbock, TX
Date: October 3, 2025
Time: 6-9pm
Location: Charles Adams Gallery, Lubbock, TX
My piece “Resiliencia y Resistencia” was selected to be part of this show.
“Spanning four continents and five countries, we are proud to announce the artists to be included in Priority: International Juried Exhibition.
In a time marked by political division, closed borders, and rising cultural nationalism, Priority: International Juried Exhibition recognizes the quiet power of flat artworks to cross boundaries: physical, political, and conceptual. Whether traveling across oceans or arriving from the studio down the street, each submission becomes a gesture of connection and exchange.
This exhibition embraces the democratic nature of mailed and two-dimensional work to form a unified global conversation. In that spirit, packaging and postal traces may remain visible as intentional elements of the installation.
Curated by acclaimed curator and writer Leslie Moody Castro, Priority opens October 3, 2025, during Lubbock's First Friday Art Trail at Charles Adams Gallery in Lubbock, Texas. At its heart, this exhibition affirms that making space for international partnerships is not only timely, but a priority; this is how we learn, grow, and continue to make meaningful connections in the world.”
SAY IT AGAIN! Prints of Resistance - @ Relay Ridge Gallery in Knoxville, TN
SAY IT AGAIN! Prints of Resistance
EXHIBITION DATES – OCTOBER 3 – 25, 2025
RELAY RIDGE GALLERY
4124 MCKINLEY ST, KNOXVILLE, TN 37917
Opening Reception – First Friday October 3rd 6-9pm
Juror: E “Oscar” Maynard of Tender-Heart Press
“History can repeat itself, but when it does, so too does the resistance and our messages often bear repeating. With printmaking’s reproducibility and paper’s portability and ease of distribution, prints are the original mass communicator of ideas. Artists have long taken advantage of this process to gain attention and shout our messages through repeated imagery, text, and design.
This exhibition is a creative call to action, presenting contemporary artwork to record, respond, reflect, express, or simply process recent changes in our world affecting both the people and our planet.”
My piece “Resiliencia y Resistencia” was selected to be part of this show.

Hey quarantine cuties! It’s been a little over a year since we last vended in person. The last IRL event I did was right when COVID started so I am both scared but excited to get back at it again! Even though a lot of places have lifted the mask mandate and vaccines have been plentiful, I will still be out there doing my part and keeping my mask on. This pandemic is still far from being over so I’m taking every precaution I can to keep myself and the people around me safe. Regardless, it will be great to see y’all again IRL.

PrintEXPO is PrintAustin’s annual print fair. On Saturday, February 1, 11am-5pm and Sunday, February 2, 11am-3pm purchase original artwork from regional and national talent, and flip through our bins of prints to add new work to your art collection.
