I had been tossing around this idea for a bit and there seemed to have been some interest. I have these memento mori type artist books I made in college with a quote by writer Victor Landa. Since I did not come up with the quote, I do not feel good selling them and keeping the money for myself. But since a lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into these, I’ve decided to raise money for RAICES instead.

These books are part of a signed limited edition of 10, which 2 have already been given away. Meaning there are 8 left. The pages were letterpressed so they have a really cool embossment to them if you look closely. This book will never be printed or made again. Can be read accordion style or opened up like above and mounted on a wall for display.

Depending on how well it does, I might split the donations to some other non-profits/organizations that help out our local community.

If you can’t afford one, please help by spreading the word. Instagram’s algorithm could only help me so much. The holidays are coming up so maybe even consider gifting your favorite goth a cool coffin-shaped book about death. 🌚💖
